Ninette Turner and Prairie Arts Pottery

        Ninette Turner came to Wyoming for a summer job, loved it here, and stayed. She lives in Laramie and has been creating her particular blend of functional and whimsical pottery for the last 17 years as Prairie Arts Pottery. Through her one-woman and group shows in Wyoming, Colorado, Washington, New Mexico, and California, pottery from her studio can now be found on all continents, except Antarctica (we are working on Antarctica). Ninette has recently been developing new designs and new color combinations to complement her product range. All of Ninette’s pottery is characterized by well-formed, well-controlled shapes, glazed with personality. Check out the gallery page to see examples.
